68 year old Nye Frank back. This is a man that has never been known to have a fight. Zero contact with police for any trouble all his life. Ty Reddish attacked and stranguled Nye Frank, Ty grabbed Nye by the head and dropped his legs to pull him down with all his weight. Then while Nye was passed out jumped up and down on him in front of Lee, his knees took the skin off Nye back. edit

	As Ty jumped up to hit Nye, his last move was to pull Lee his wife out of harms way. Ty grabbed Nye by the head and let his legs drop from under him. So all his weight was pulling Nye down by the head.

	Ty's dad told Sheriff as they were arresting him he had a combative disorder. Ty admitted to choking Nye with two signature wrestling moves. He has a history of drugs and alcohol, but the homicide sheriff saw no need to drug test him. Ty's dad Phil Reddish told sheriff that he spoke to a friend before they came and they told him how this can be called a mutual combat and heart attack. There was never a investigation of Ty or Nye.

	I faxed, mailed, and handed in statements from other incidences that Ty had recently had. I was allowed to see the autopsy without a doctor or anyone with me months after the case was closed. The DA office had told us Nye had a heart attack and no injuries. The coroner said they never said he had a heart attack.

	When I read the autopsy it showed Nye had been beaten and strangled. I studied a police manual on how to identify a strangulation homicide. DA rep Mike Rushton first was telling me Nye died a heart attack and I wanted to blame someone. I told him I studied a police manual on strangulation. He raised his hands and said yes, ok he was strangled but that is not why we did not charge Ty. He said this was a mutual combat. Ty states Nye started a fight. The only witness says she never saw Nye hit Ty.

	When the case was back originally from the test and I spoke to the coroner they said it was being reported a homicide. Prosecutor Diema Calhoun who moved after this case to San Bernardino, told me she did not care what the coroner said, she decided the day Nye died it was a heart attack and a mutual combat. And if my mother and I continued to pursue this she would arrest 72 year old Lee for attacking Ty.

	When the autopsy was finally released a newsman from Press Enterprise called us to say he felt we had a story to tell. He said he had the autopsy report. I told him we did not have a copy and were trying to get one. He faxed it to us, I have the fax and verification of being from the press enterprise. He put in the paper front page 5 months after the incident that this was a fist fight and a heart attack. The autopsy said that there was not a heart attack.

	The reports I have read is this is a way to create bias. People believe what is printed in the newspaper to be a fact. It has been told to us the news guy dated Prosecutor Calhoun's room mate. We had several interviews with newspaper writers but then they said the editor would not run it. One news guy asked me why would the Press Enterprise put this front page when it happened 5 months ago. And how did they get the autopsy before us and before it was released.

	The Coroner had faxed to the DA office before their meeting to decide this case that this was natural cause of death, and Homicide. Homicide meaning at the hands of another. Then they closed the case with as a exception and sealed the documents. And the coroner will not give the autopsy film or xrays and lab work. They claim privacy rights.
