Prior year alledged to have been picked up for selling illegal gun. Rape, child abuse, drugs,alcohol
We asked for a safe way for people to report as the family is very intimidating. We received three affidavates stated Ty Reddish out burst and aggressive behavior
Nye Frank was well respected. He headed up many race teams and has zero history of fighting. Lee his wife was there and states he never hit. Lee Frank has had a very bad evil done as the Sheriff and DA let the Reddish family stand two doors from them and intimidate anyone if they visited Lee Frank who is a elder and this qualifies as elder abuse. They would even walk along our car. When we called the sheriff they said there was nothing they could do. Adult Protective Services refused to come out 3 times. We could not get a protective order because we could not prove we were victims.
Not surprisingly the story of the property that Reddishes are at is one that belonged to a elder, verified in court records that it was reported being illegally taken.
After Nye passed a friend of his came and visited. He said he wanted to drive by the Reddish home. He came back and asked us if the ex proscutor moved back up her as their car was at the Reddish home. We did not know who that was or that it had any meaning. But time has brought the picture clear. Lee knew the prior owner John Husbeth almost 50 years and best friends with his wife. John known as Red as he sold the Indian Mortorcycles past years stated he planned on leaving the property to his daughter as he and his wife planned. He did call Lee about a week before he passed away and asked her to take him to the doctors. But Lee's step dad had a heart attack and could not take him and then the Reddishes did not like anyone to go. I kept hearing stories and how Joyce the daughter was told if she fights the transfer she will get nothing, other wise she will get ten thousand dollars. Looking at a ten year chain of title it looks like the signature is not John's. The ex prosecutor claimed to be the successor of the trust and transfered the property to her friend who was paid to buy groceries for a old man.

Torture by DA and Sheriff Riverside County
Not only did the DA and Sheriff let Ty Reddish out when they knew he committed a violent homicide but they let him and three family members stalk Lee and her family and neighbors to isolate her.

Brian Floyd the Guy the father said told him how to handle this and what to say is publically connected to Judge Richard Fields, Daima Calhoun is connected with him in the Black Prosecutors Org, Diana Dimaggio does fund raising for them. The attorneys for the County that made a false statement of fact are publically known to be with Pacheco and Brian Floyd

What could it be?
No case number, no records, refuse to give records, put a false article in newspaper, Put a false statement of fact in court, change court records, judge on probation case refuse to act on knowledge of homicide and broken probation. The case is not linear as it expands further to a prior documented abuse. There is questions about the right to transfer the title to a freind by attorney who claimed we are told with alledged zero proof of being the successor of a trust. Is it really the prior owners signature? Why would he change his plans that he and his wife have had for years and years.
Federally Funded Fiduciary Relationship to a Elder DA Victim Advocate Staff told Lee Frank and family that the Riverside County DA does not have a Elder Victim Advocate. Later we saw a article in the newspaper of DA Rod Pacheco getting a award for his elder program. I checked the County web site and verified it was funded.
The autopsy has homicide with natural cause of death.

Lied to Elder said she just thought Ty beat Nye Frank 68 for a long time
The tactics the officials used on Lee Frank are very cruel. They belittled her and tried to intimidate her into thinking she did not know what she was talking about. The Prosecutor Daima Calhoun made Lee Frank72 take pictures like they were arresting her with Nye Frank 68 dead at her feet.
