68 year Nye Frank led a very public life with zero history of fighting and life long friends. Three long term friends who have known him for over 30 years spoke at his services. At the time of the service we did not know the workings of the Riverside County Sheriff and DA to cover up the Homicide For a friend of DA staff. So many people participated and the County let Lee Frank 72, now 74 be stalked and denied her all her civil rights and protection. They sealed Nye Franks case claiming privacy for the DA, Sheriff, Coroner, Supervisors. We hope the race industry feels Nye Frank and Lee Breedlove Frank have contributed significantly to the industry and they will help to write officials that they want this case investigated, and the corruption punished not only for Lee and her family but for all the outstanding favors to cover up such crimes. Frank Family got the autopsy from this newsman. The autopsy states no heart attack. It is alleged the newsman was the boyfriend of the prosecutor Daima Calhoun.
Some legal experts say this type of case presents varied issues for prosecutors as they decide whether to file criminal charges. Conflicting statements from witnesses can be a problem, particularly if those who saw the fight have a bias for one side or the other. Proving intent to cause serious harm or death is also a huge obstacle, some experts say.
"You have to ask yourself as a prosecutor, 'What am I going to be able to prove to a jury?' " said Gary Gibson, an adjunct professor at the California Western School of Law in San Diego. "Even if someone starts the fight, did they intend the person to die from a heart attack?"

Elder Homicide in Riverside County- case closed by exception. Da said they called it a mutual combat when the only person who hit was the 27 year old.
Aug. 5 2007 my 68 yr old father was attacked in front of my 72 year old mother. Both Nye and Lee Frank have never been involved with the law. The 27 year old( 40 years diff) Ty Reddish has professional wrestling training. He admits on the audio tapes he used signature choke holds on my dad. The police interviews reveal that the guy has a combative disorder. Also it reveals a personal relationship with the father of the guy and the DA office. The case was closed without investigation as a mutual combat. There is not any proof that my father hit ever. And the injuries show a person who was beat with rage. The guy and family have"
