Mike Rushton and DA Victims advocate staff told Nye Frank family there was not a elder victim advocate in Riverside County. The death was not reported to the Adult Protective Services as mandated. passed out. Ty was on probation, but the Prosecutor at the site Daima Calhoun
and Det. Jesse Martinez did not feel the need to drug test him. In sheriff audio
recording Ty's dad Phil Reddish tells how he got Brian Floyd who had worked
with DA Rod Pacheco to help him. Ty bends down to say how should he tell how he
used wrestling moves to attack Nye Frank and choke him. The investigators laugh
with Ty. Of course non of that is in the transcripts. Judge Ruston sealed the
case and it was closed exceptional ( not investigated). The court records show
no other cases open, even though Ty is on probation.
