Riverside County Corruption

Now the Riverside County DA and Sheriff allow the stalking and harassment of 73 year old Lee Frank and have denied her the services that the County offers other citizens. APS has never shown up. Riverside County Sheriff by law must report the homicide to APS. Where are they?????  We sent in a complete complaint and request to have APS come to meet with Lee Frank. There was no response.

Judge Mike Rushton lied to Frank family saying Nye Frank had a heart attack when the autopsy states no heart attack, also coroner stated to family they never claimed a heart attack to DA or Sheriff. District Attorney refuse to investigate even though proof of conspiracy on the sheriff audio, and video. DA Mike Rushton  now Judge Mike Rushton told Frank family that Riverside County did not have a Elders victim advocate, then Rod Pacheco  got a National award for Elder Victims advocacy  in the news paper. Frank family emailed Kim Emmerling the DA victim Advocate under Mike Rushton and asked her what good reason she could of had and we would like to meet. She quit the next day. Mike Rushton replaced a judge that was removed for corruption. The tax payers pay the prior judges salary in full without him working. I hate to see it happen again to the Riverside County tax payers.
