Banning, Riverside County CA

Sheriff department say it was a mutual combat. The only witness
there said she never saw Nye hit Ty. Ty has a history of being
combative. Nye has zero history of fighting, zero problems with police.
He worked hard all his life to have a good reputation. Prosecutor Daima
Calhoun was at the homicide site to interview both Ty Reddish and Lee
Frank. Both the Sheriff and Prosecutor Calhoun failed to order a drug
test. Ty was on probation at the time and part of that was to submit to
drug test. There also was of another ex prosecutor of Banning family at
the site friends of Reddish family. In audio the father right before meeting Calhoun states how
his friend Brian Floyd told him what to say so it would be mutual
combat. Ty in video bends down thinking he is avoiding recording and
says " should I say how I used these wrestling moves and choked the old
guy? " The officers laugh with him.
