News black out of a elder homicide. Is it be acceptable? Is it right that people's decision to live or die is taken away from them and their loved ones.
August 2007 -We were celebrating our final on new home and contract to build 3 race cars when 68 year old Nye Frank and 72 year old Lee Frank were attacked buying a newspaper. The DA sealed the records and with no case number the newspapers say they cannot risk lawsuit to report.
