Sheriff stating case note closed when it was

When in the meeting with Mike Rushton and Kim Emmerling he said they were part of what was reviewed at case review. He pointed to book of evidence and said that big book was reviewed> I asked to see the affidavit's and when we looked in book together they were not there and Mike admitted to not reading them. I called and spoke to Willene Garcia at Cabazon and she said that

because the case is not closed they will not give us the file. 951

922-7100,  I also spoke to Records and they said even if it is a court

order they will not give the records. I called 951-955-2440 and spoke

to Sharon about 2:50 pm 11/19
