Ty Reddish working but no Restitution ordered in killing Nye Fran

Mary Jane called mom yesterday and said she has a guy coming to do work for her named Larry who has one hand. It turned out his helper is Ty Reddish.  She went to a barbecue at Mary Ann's and they were talking. The people at Mary Ann's told Mary Jane that was going behind our back to have Ty work there. She called mom to tell her so she would not be going behind her back. Mom said it made her cry and very up setting.
