Riverside County California -Elder Homicide zero protection, Denied all services and victim rights for Elder Wife 74 that the DA Rod Pacheco gets Federally Funded For. Even DA Elder Victim Advocate Denied. None of the mandated Reporters reported to Adult Protective Services. Who can and will Help?? Where is the Attorney General? Or who do we call???
