Replace Pacheco
Thanks to columnist Dan Bernstein and Judge Edward Webster for stating
publicly what most of the judges and attorneys in this county already
know -- that District Attorney Rod Pacheco is a destructive manager ("A
judge's lament," March 20).
He has single-handedly done
more damage to public safety and the judicial system than most people
can imagine.
Webster did what many are afraid to do. He
told the truth about a powerful politician. He has taken a great risk,
and those of us who have stayed quiet too long need to be supportive.
The local politicians who endorse and support Pacheco in order to stay
in office and further their careers should be ashamed of themselves and
held accountable at the next election. Voters do have power if they use
it.
It's time for a new district attorney, too.

Video of Ty Reddish 27 professionally trained in wrestling on probation tells how he attacke 68 year old Nye Frank with zero fighting history. Ty was llet out of jail in 24 hours while on probation. The Frank family reported Ty and his parents for stalking them and the neighbors. The sheriff and Da said they could not stop it.
There is much more to this story and it go's deep.

pictures and audio tell the story of a coverup. Planted false
statements that Nye Frank attacked Ty. Ty has no marks on him. This was
a attack of a senior 40 years older than Ty and zero history of
fighting.
Planted story in Press Enterprise to create public bias by boy friend of prosecutor room mate.
Fire Department said Nye Frank had no visible injuries while the pictures show a different story.
Mike Rushton kept telling us Nye had a heart attack and no other injuries.
