As soon as the Sheriff left the parents Phil and Sherri Reddish followed Lee Frank (72) and her family as a neighbor had invited them to Dinner as the woman was a widow of someone who worked with Nye Frank on a Race Team. Lee, her daughter Dawana, friend Angie, and Dave Clark rode with the family to their home as they were still in such shock. A car followed us and when we stopped at the womans home two people jumped out of the car to yell at them. It turned out to be Phil and Sheri Reddish. They were angry and saying that we should not be allowed in the house. They called constantly during dinner to harass them and us. I (Dawana) notified the sheriff in Riverside of the incident. They said there was nothing they could do. They said there was no law against the Reddish family standing two doors from Lee and harassing anyone who visited.

The district court therefore concluded that only qualified immunity shields Brown in this action; and because the complaint alleges malicious conduct, qualified immunity offers no protection"

The next hearing is Oct. 26. McNulty said Thursday that Bolanos told him the FBI and U.S. attorney's office investigation had concluded without any action being taken. Another Reprimand Hunt's lawsuit also says she was reprimanded in October 2008 for the dismissal of a onetime felony infant-killing case that had been reduced to a misdemeanor. 'What made this latest reprimand so hurtful, and appalling, was that the plaintiff had devoted her career to holding those who harmed children accountable,' the lawsuit said. She said a
